Professional development of the foreign philology department: annual “Creativity Revival” conference in Milan, Italy

 

In October 2023, PhD, Associate Professor of the Foreign Philology Department Olena Rosstalna took part in the annual “Creativity Revival” conference in Milan, Italy, organized by the Moleskine Foundation.

The event brought together educational and cultural professionals from 60 countries. All of them received special awards from the Moleskine Foundation’s Creativity Pioneers Fund in 2021-2023 for their special contribution to the development of education and culture during the global crisis.

Olena Rosstalna received the 2022 Creativity Pioneers Fund award for her educational project “Propaganda: Understand to Resist” and her work with children and youth of  NGO “AmaTea Youth Drama Theater” during the full-scale invasion of russian federation to Ukraine.

In Milan, Olena Rosstalna held workshops “Art and Drama in Education as Tools for Change making”, was a key-note speaker at the panel discussion “Can Creativity Change the World?” and presented a speach “Work in Education and Culture in Times of War”.
